We do not currently carry a USDA certified organic product in our collection. That is something that we are continuing to develop for the future. This being said, we use the highest quality healthcare grade ingredients in all of our products that are formulated as per the recommendations from the World Health Organization.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Clean Supply Gift Cards, and CleanSupply.com store credit.

We ship to all 50 U.S. States. Please note, we offer free shipping to orders over $50. Hawaii and Alaska orders may be subject to different shipping fees. We do not ship to any other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, mail-forwarding, or freight-forwarding services. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

When you place an order at CleanSupply.com we’ll email you an order confirmation. The link included within your confirmation will give you the ability to track the progress of your shipment. Please email tracking@cleansupply.com with your order number in the subject line of your email if you have any inquiries about your order.

If you have placed a one-time order on our website, our customer service team is available to help you change your shipping address or cancel your order if requested by phone within an hour of placing it. You can also click here to email our customer service team.

Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order once it has been processed.

For bulk orders, please log in to your account ahead of the scheduled ship date to make any changes.

At checkout, you will be given an estimated arrival date depending on your location and shipping option. Any orders placed after Friday at noon (PST) will be shipped out on Monday of the following week. We currently cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
