Return policy for up to one gallon total purchases

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return contact [email protected].

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Request for returns greater than one gallon total require pre-approval.  Contact [email protected]for assistance.

Damaged and/or Defective

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of opened or altered product, if you are not the original purchaser, or sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method by the third party provider that originally processed your order. Please note it may take up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Reship Requirements

  1. We require a picture as proof of damaged product.
  2. Tracking that has not been updated for 5 or more days and appears to be lost. Requires lost package form.
  3. Lost packages require lost package form. One-time courtesy reship. No reship and/or refund if lost a second time.

Incorrect Address by Customer

We are not able to refund/reship packages shipped to the incorrect address. If you would like to ship an order to more than one address please contact [email protected].
