Return policy for up to one case of any product

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return contact [email protected]. A 25% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for the return shipping expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Return policy for orders of greater than one case of product

Orders of more than one case are generally not returnable without a valid reason (i.e., damaged, defective). We may grant exceptions in our sole discretion. Request for returns greater than one case require pre-approval and a completed return material authorization form. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

Damaged and/or defective

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • opened or altered product
  • products for which you are not the original purchaser
  • sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method by the third-party provider that originally processed your order, minus a 25% restocking fee. Please note it may take up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If a refund is not approved, we will advise you of the reason.

Reship Requirements

Reshipments require prior approval. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance. We may deny reshipments in our sole discretion without liability to you.

In order to consider a reshipment, we require the following minimum information:

  1. For damaged products, we require photographs of the damage.
  2. For lost products a lost package form is required. A package is not considered lost unless the third-party tracking information has not been updated for 5 or more days and appears to be lost.

Incorrect address by customer

We are not able to refund/reship packages shipped to the incorrect address. If you would like to ship an order to more than one address please contact [email protected].
