Order Tracking

When you place an order at CleanSupply.com we’ll email you an order confirmation. The link included within your confirmation will give you the ability to track the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact tracking@cleansupply.com with your order number in the subject line of your email.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 1-2 business days for processing. Orders must be placed by 12:00pm ET to begin processing same day and will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the day of order based on delivery location. Due to high volume and safety restrictions for transportation due to COVID-19, delays are possible.

Canceling an Order

If you have placed a one-time order on our website, our customer service team is available to help you change your shipping address or cancel your order if requested by phone within an hour of placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed and shipped.

Returns & Replacements

We hope that you enjoy Clean Supply products as part of our mission to create smart and healthy communities. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately at orders@cleansupply.com and we will respond within 24-48 hours.

Restocking Fee Policy

All items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee on all returnable items within 30 days of the purchase date. If you placed an order and returned an item past the 30 days, a restocking fee will be kept.
